I have a 350 per person auction, event to attend on thursday, my first of this type. I was told to dress festive, colors preferably. I’m tanned in complexion with black hair, should I wear gold accents or silver accents. It doesn’t itch or sting, it’s just bumpy and irritated. I’ve developed it around my neck I guess from wearing a 10K white gold necklace. I also have what appears to be the same thing on my earlobes from wearing 14K white gold earrings. I thought it might be the white gold or the low karat weight but I’ve noticed it also developing frequently under my 14K gold wedding band. Is this really a nickel allergy? Hey just wanted to see what everyone thought about guys wearing jewelry. I wear watches and that’s about it. I don’t mean like fashion “jewelry” for young people (such as the necklaces or wrist bands from Abercrombie and the like). I mean like gold rings and necklaces and things like that. I’ll wear a wedding band after I’m married, but aside from that I can’t see myself wearing a lot of jewelry, yet I’m noticing a trend these days. Thanks!
