what ever you do do not pierce it yourself. my friend tried to and ended up having to get surgery. but use thelongest labret ring you can find.i just got mine dne and they r sorta short so they hurt alot. or u could even use a tongue ring
i just gone mine done last friday it didnt hurt but its a lil sore they are already healed a week later but i dont kno what to put in now when i got it done they put in tongue ring lookin things
please don’t do this piercing youself. i am all for piercings. i have 5. i pierced my own lip. but there are nerves and veins in your cheek that you can hit and could bleed profusely, or paralyze that side of your face.
go to hot topic or spencers or a piercing place to find out what jewelry you need.

i would say labret posts, because they have flat backs,
they wouldnt irritate the inside of your mouth
and would promote healing
