    i have a cute diamond stud
    its really small which i like and has a flat back so i can still listen to headphones, etc.
    its surgical steel and is inserted through the back, the diamond part is screwed in after its inserted

    labret bars are common although you can also wear bcr rings too they look nice and can be worn in the tragus (tricky to fasten tho)
    Another is a barbell they are also popular for tragus piercings.
    I have my tragus pierced with a labret bar at the moment x
