The earrings might’ve been tainted with Aids, Hep or whatever there is even though it’s listed as new. Are there any reliable home methods that I can use instead of having to bring it to a piercing studio to use the autoclave? I can’t seem to find anything online about this.
just dont buy anything else off of ebay like earrings or something that goes in your ears eyes tongue ..etc; that would be like buying underwear and wanting to wash them and then put them on but if you want to sterilize them put them in rubbing alcohol overnight !!

If they’re sterling silver, boil them.
Else, just use saline solution or an antibacterial cream.
