If you have old gold jewelry you don’t wear anymore, can you sell it to a jewelry store?

We have old gold jewelry we don’t wear anymore and would like to sell it to get money for it. Can you sell jewelry, such as gold rings, to jewlery stores? If not, what are my options? Am I stuck going to a pawn shop?

The best place to sell jewlery is hands down.

If you have scrap gold, such as jewelry you don’t want, broken jewelry, single pieces like an earing, you can sell them directly to a refiner. has a list of sites. You request a package, they send it to you free and you put your unwanted jewelry in and ship it off to them. It pays a lot better than selling it off to a pawn shop, so avoid the middleman

If you sell you are only likely to get scrap value for the gold. If they are interesting pieces then you may be able to get a good price for them. Also if They are stone set that could create extra value.
Another option you could have is having the jewellery restyled to make something you like, here is a little more information about it,

I hope this is useful to you

I don’t think so just take it to a pawn shop or go to goldkit.com

you can, but they won’t give you a good price for it. Pawn shops are out to get you, also. They buy for wway cheap, so they can sell for more.

On ebay you can make way more!!
