I think it would really clash, except don’t remove your wedding band. Everyone understands that you aren’t going to change your wedding band according to what you are wearing. If you can’t wear gold because you are allergic (like I am) I have found that I can wear gold that is under 10k or when it’s coated with clear nail polish. You can purchase some inexpensive 10k gold jewelry at a place like Target or Walmart and just coat it with a single coat of clear nail polish and let that dry before you put it on. Otherwise, I wouldn’t wear any jewelry besides the wedding band.
Your rings (especially engagement/wedding rings) won’t always match your outfit, since a lot of women wear platinum or white gold rings. However, if you wear a necklace or earrings, then DEFINITELY wear gold jewelry.
If you take my suggestion it would look gorgeous, you can always mix metals especially gold and white gold, they both go along quite well.

You can mix metallics. White Gold and Gold looks fine together!
